Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation for comprehensive chemical analysis and advanced material characterization.
Utilizing X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometry, we deliver precise identification of key oxides and elements, including: Al₂O₃, CaO, Fe₂O₃, Na₂O, MgO, SiO₂, Cr₂O₃, K₂O, MnO, TiO₂, F, SO₃, and Total Carbon. Our analytical procedure starts with meticulous sample preparation to produce a fused bead required for XRF testing, ensuring maximum data accuracy.
For dedicated testing of Total Carbon and Sulfur Trioxide (SO₃), we utilize specialized carbon/sulfur analyzers. Additionally, we perform particle size distribution analysis (granulometry) for complete physical characterization.
We also conduct tests using a hot stage optical microscope, which allows us to analyze and characterize sample behavior at extreme temperatures up to approximately 1550°C. This analysis provides critical insight into thermal behavior, melting characteristics, and material deformation as temperatures rise.
